Shipping in Norway
We process orders Monday to Friday and usually dispatch within 1–2 business days. Shipping options and final delivery pricing are shown in NOK at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times may be slightly longer during holidays, campaigns, or periods of unusually high demand, but we always aim to keep you updated.
Returns
If something is not right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and returned in their original condition.
- Items must be clean, unused, and complete
- Original packaging should be included where possible
- Gift cards and clearance items are not eligible for return
- Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method
Exchanges & support
If you need a different item, the quickest option is to request a return and place a new order once your return is approved.
